Our name

A meaningful convergence of place, purpose and possibility.

CON VIA

A journey taken together

From the Latin con — together — and via — the way or road. Progress made in company with others.

港

Hong Kong and its harbour

An international city shaped by movement, opportunity and people arriving from around the world.

寓 / 遇

A home shaped by encounters

寓 means home or residence. In Cantonese its sound echoes 遇 — to meet — the friendships and ideas that shape a future.

01 · First development

Farfield House begins the collection.

Rather than naming each residence after its street or district, Convia 港寓 gives every development its own House name and character. Farfield establishes the first traditions, experiences and resident community for future Houses to build upon.

The House concept draws on collegiate tradition, reimagined for contemporary university life: identity, connection and friendly competition, without feeling institutional.

The collection

One master brand. Seven distinctive Houses.

Each House builds its own reputation, traditions and resident network while remaining unmistakably Convia 港寓.
